Co-founder
Nicholas brings the pattern recognition of a quantitative analyst and the spatial thinking of a designer to the structures behind successful creative practice. He focuses on how ideas actually come to life - the feedback loops and iteration, the incentives, the systems that shape outcomes, whether that be in finance or a studio.

Experienced across strategy, go-to-market, finance, operations, and governance. Tamara is focused on designing the corporate architecture, governance and operational scaffolding to be invisible so the best work of founders and creators can be visible. Schooled in arts, journalism and accounting, Tamara sees the whole, people-led story and brings a strong conviction that good ideas deserve proper delivery.
